What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll own all accounting operations from daily activity through gross profit. This includes:

• Overseeing A/P, A/R, GL, payroll, and month-end close
• Producing accurate financial reports and ensuring accrual-based accounting integrity
• Managing cost of goods and partnering with operations on inventory and production data
• Creating budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models that support decision making
• Coordinating tax filings, audits, and year-end work with external partners
• Implementing and improving internal controls, processes, and financial policies
• Supporting onboarding and payroll administration (with the potential to shift HR duties over time)
• Bringing forward recommendations, identifying improvement opportunities, and acting as a proactive business partner—not just a task executor

This role is newly elevated from a traditional bookkeeping position to a true lead financial seat—someone who can step in, take ownership, and bring stronger rigor and visibility to the numbers.

• Bring 5+ years of progressive experience (manufacturing background is a plus)
