Client Relationship Manager + Wealth Management + Omaha

We’re partnering with our client, a highly respected, private-office style organization seeking a polished relationship manager to serve a select group of high-net-worth clients. This is not a sales role. This is about trust, discretion, and delivering a seamless, elevated client experience to a small, high-value client base.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a curated group of high-net-worth clients (approx. 50 relationships)
  • Deliver a concierge-level experience—anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction feels effortless
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure client requests are executed flawlessly
  • Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering “white glove” service to high-end clientele
  • Background in Wealth Management, Family Office, Private Banking, or a similar environment preferred
  • Experience supporting high-profile executives or serving in a high-end Executive Assistant capacity may also translate well
  • Track record of working with High Net Worth (HNW) or Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals
  • Highly polished communication skills with a proactive, service-first mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs
