Controller + Hands-on + Council Bluffs 

We're partnering with a well-established family-owned business with strong roots and forward-thinking leadership team. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For 

This is a true full-cycle accounting leadership role with operational exposure. 

You will: 

• Lead and mentor a developing AP and AR team 
• Own the month-end and year-end close process 
• Support audit and tax coordination 
• Oversee and improve sales tax processes 
• Manage commission calculations and payments 
• Perform and review account reconciliations 
• Bring structure and clarity to processes that may not yet be fully documented 
• Roll up your sleeves and dig into the details when needed 

What They’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
• Experience at the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager level 
• Strong exposure to the full accounting cycle 
• Solid fixed asset experience 
• Someone who enjoys being hands-on and “in the weeds” 
• A leader who can coach a green team while also executing at a high level
