Long-Term Temp Accountant + Hybrid + Lincoln

We’re partnering with our client, a well-established, complex organization seeking Accounting talent at multiple levels—whether you’re early in your career with fixed asset experience or a more experienced Senior Accountant ready to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping financial operations running smoothly and accurately across multiple entities. Expect a mix of core accounting and analytical responsibilities, including:

• Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Taking ownership of areas like fixed assets, cash, or lease accounting
• Maintaining fixed asset systems and depreciation schedules
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and pro forma analysis
• Supporting audit processes and working directly with auditors
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring alignment with the general ledger
• Contributing to process improvements and internal control enhancements
• Preparing regulatory-related reports as needed

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Exposure to general accounting processes (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have:

• Experience with fixed assets and/or depreciation accounting
• Prior exposure to multi-entity or complex organizations
• Experience supporting audits
• Familiarity with Lawson or similar ERP systems
• CPA (or working toward it)
