Senior FP&A Analyst + Professional Services + Hybrid

We are partnering with our client, a growing, well-established organization seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to take on a newly created, highly visible role partnering with executive leadership.

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 4+ years of strong FP&A experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Public accounting background, particularly audit or transaction advisory services, highly preferred.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to evaluate operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial performance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, profitability analysis, and key performance indicators.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work directly with executives and senior business leaders.
• Analytical, inquisitive, and comfortable challenging assumptions to drive better business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership to analyze financial performance across multiple business markets.
• Prepare meaningful financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership and ownership.
• Identify expense trends, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
• Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure accurate financial information and actionable reporting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations that help leadership make informed business decisions.
• Contribute to the continued development of the organization's FP&A capabilities as the business grows.
