Administrative Assistant + Temp + Omaha

This role provides high-impact administrative support to both HR and Strategy leadership while offering a front-row seat to an organization that runs multiple vibrant venues and supports a team of nearly 200 employees.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across HR and Strategy by:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and day-to-day scheduling needs for senior leaders
- Coordinating follow-ups with employees, vendors, and internal teams
- Supporting HR processes including onboarding, employee records, routine communications, and engagement initiatives
- Assisting with presentations, reports, and documentation for strategic projects
- Handling general administrative requests and serving as a reliable point of contact for employee questions
- Providing backup support for the organization’s main administrative phone line
- Jumping in on special projects as needed
Must Haves
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High comfort level working in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A professional, confidential, and detail-oriented work style
Nice to Have
- Experience with Paylocity
- Prior work supporting HR or people-related functions
- Familiarity with supporting multiple leaders or departments simultaneously

- This is a temp role needed ASAP, with strong potential to transition into a long-term or direct-hire opportunity
- Organization has approx. 200 employees
- Parking is employee-paid (approx. $40/month and a short walk)
