What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of complex reconciliations, account analysis, and month-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial reports in compliance with GAAP
• Assist with financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting
• Collaborate with teammates and management on reporting, budgeting, and ad-hoc projects
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Serve as a trusted accounting resource for the team

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or public accounting experience a plus
• 5+ years of financial accounting experience (or 2+ years in public accounting)
• Strong grasp of GAAP principles and reporting standards
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and general ledger software
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team setting

The Details

• Hybrid schedule: Based in Lincoln, NE 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
• Standard 40–45 hours per week, with flexibility for family and personal needs
• Small, close-knit team environment with room for professional growth as the division expands
