After several years of strong leadership and process improvements, they’re ready to bring in a hands-on, well-rounded leader to step in, build on a solid foundation, and help guide the next phase of growth.

 

What You’ll Own

This is a highly visible role supporting a group of physician owners and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice. You’ll be the go-to leader across multiple functions—balancing strategy with execution.

  • Oversee the financial health of the organization including accounting, reporting, and month-end close
  • Manage QuickBooks Online and Gusto payroll processes
  • Lead and support key operational functions including HR, IT coordination, and office operations
  • Partner closely with physician owners on business decisions, reporting, and performance insights
  • Provide leadership and oversight to:
  • Nurse Manager
  • Business Office Lead
  • Front Desk leadership
  • Ensure vendors and outsourced partners (including IT) are aligned and performing
  • Continue building on existing processes that have already been significantly improved

 

What They’re Looking For

This role requires someone who can step in with confidence, earn trust quickly, and lead across multiple areas of the business.

  • Accounting background with the ability to own financial statements and reporting
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Operational mindset with exposure to HR, IT oversight, and general business operations
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills—this team values a leader people can connect with
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Lincoln area
