Commercial Lines Account Manager + Growth-Oriented + Omaha

What You’ll Be Doing 

You’ll manage and service a book of commercial accounts ranging from approximately $20K–$500K in annual premium. This is a true account management role — not entry-level — where your ability to juggle details, communicate confidently, and stay proactive will make all the difference. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Managing and servicing commercial lines accounts from start to finish 
  • Working directly with clients and insurance carriers to maintain strong relationships 
  • Gathering information, coordinating quotes with vendors, and reviewing coverage options 
  • Negotiating pricing and terms with underwriters (especially on larger accounts) 
  • Supporting Producers and collaborating with internal team members 
  • Staying ahead of tasks, renewals, and service needs without constant direction 

 

What They’re Looking For 

  • Prior experience in Commercial Lines Account Management (no entry-level candidates) 
  • Active P&C license — or ability to obtain within 6 months 
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence 
  • A self-starter mentality — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do 
  • Problem-solving ability and a strong sense of ownership 
  • Tech savvy
