MAKE AN IMPACT
As an HR/Learning & Development Intern you will:
- Provide administrative support in learning and compliance areas with a focus on training coordination, CPE recordkeeping, and onboarding
- Enter and code CPE credit into LCvista, Lutz’s LMS (Learning Management System)
- Upload training recordings and handouts into the LMS account
- Communicate CPE and licensing questions to the L&D Manager
- Coordinate internal trainings by working with departments to finalize training details and invitations
- Handle logistics for internal trainings, including invitations, catering requests, technology arrangements, printing handouts, and communication with Grand Island and Lincoln office contacts
- Assist with venue coordination for trainings and seminars
- Serve as the primary contact for training registrations
- Send training surveys and compile survey data to share with instructors
- Create PowerPoint presentations, training materials, and guidance documents as needed
- Facilitate a smooth training experience by assisting with technology setup, preparing training rooms, and supporting hybrid and virtual training sessions
- Serve as a “production assistant” for virtual trainings when needed
- Provide general administrative support related to HR onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Assist the HR department as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong academic credentials with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (human resources, communication, business administration, or other related majors preferred)
- Sophomore standing or above
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and positive demeanor
- Ability to exhibit energy and enthusiasm
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated to meet performance standards
- Strong organization skills
