Ready to step into a role where your ideas actually matter? Our client, a  growing organization is rebuilding and elevating their accounting function, and they’re looking for a tech-savvy, self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn’t afraid to jump into new systems, new processes, and the occasional special project. If you want variety, challenge, and a team that values efficiency and work-life balance, this is it.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of 5–6 locations within a multi-property portfolio. Your days will have a healthy mix of recurring responsibilities and project-based problem-solving, including:

  • Leading month-end close
  • Preparing and reviewing financials—including reconciliations, statements, and cash activity
  • Managing bank reconciliations and supporting intercompany and cash management activities
  • Communicating with property teams to gather information and resolve discrepancies
  • Assisting with fixed assets—an area where extra confidence is a big plus
  • Jumping in to support AP/AR, billing, payroll, and special initiatives as needed
  • Identifying process improvements and helping the team streamline workflows

You’ll work closely with the Accounting Manager and a highly collaborative team made up of AP, AR/Revenue, Finance, and fellow property accountants who truly have each other’s backs.

Who Thrives Here

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t need hand-holding
  • Comfortable managing change and navigating evolving processes
  • Tech-forward and curious—someone who enjoys new systems and efficiencies
  • Skilled in Excel and able to maneuver within ERP systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite preferred)
  • Confident communicating with internal teams at all levels

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a two-year degree plus relevant experience will absolutely be considered.

The Work Environment

  • Hybrid flexibility: Work 2–3 days per week remotely
  • Supportive leadership: No micromanaging—just guidance, open doors, and collaboration
  • Growth opportunities: The department is expanding, and so are the career paths

If you’re craving a role where you can roll up your sleeves, elevate processes, and be part of a tight-knit team that gets things done and enjoys the journey, this is the place to land.
