What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across multiple entities
• Lead or support consolidated financial reporting, including intercompany eliminations
• Perform general ledger work, journal entries, and account reconciliations with a strong GAAP focus
• Work heavily with cash, bank activity, and fixed assets
• Partner with leadership to analyze financial results and explain variances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare audit schedules and serve as a key point of contact during audits
• Support system-wide initiatives as accounting functions are centralized into one location

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity or complex environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Experience with general ledger, cash, and fixed assets (all three = major plus)
• Comfortable working with large data sets and navigating multiple systems
• Ability to operate independently and adapt in a changing environment
• CPA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required
