Receptionist + Temp/Temp-to-Hire + Omaha

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors via intercom, manage sign-ins, and ensure a welcoming front desk experience
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle mail distribution, copies, and general office support
  • Submit and receive supply orders; keep break rooms stocked and ready
  • Assist credit and export teams with invoices and data entry
  • Code products, enter pricing, and create shipping labels
  • Prepare the conference room for meetings and guests

 

The Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Business casual environment (jeans are fine, but no hoodies or t-shirts)
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start date
