What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing corporate governance tasks, including entity formation, dissolution, and compliance tracking.
• Assisting in real estate transactions, preparing key closing documents, and coordinating with lenders and third parties.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial property leases, amendments, and renewals.
• Keeping high-level professionals organized and prioritized—this role is as much about proactive problem-solving as it is about legal expertise.
• Serving as a key point of contact for client communications throughout transactions.

• 2+ years of experience in a paralegal or real estate-focused role.
