Sales Coordinator + Make a Difference + Norfolk 

 

Ready to make a difference and drive results? Here’s your chance to blend purpose with performance. Our client is looking for a people-first, business-minded sales professional to lead admissions and marketing efforts for a respected senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Outpatient Therapy, and Respite Care.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the overall sales and admissions strategy—driving growth, visibility, and occupancy across multiple service lines. 
  • Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, home health providers, and the local community to develop strong referral pipelines. 
  • Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities to increase awareness and engagement. 
  • Guide prospective residents and families through the full admissions process—from inquiry to move-in—with empathy, communication, and closing skills. 
  • Partner with leadership teams to ensure alignment between operational capacity and sales goals. 
  • Track leads, tours, and conversions while continuously refining outreach strategies for measurable results. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Proven success in Sales, Business Development, or Healthcare Admissions—preferably in senior living or healthcare. 
  • A “closer” mindset paired with genuine compassion for helping others. 
  • Confidence in networking, public speaking, and representing the organization at community events. 
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven culture.
