Financial Analyst + Real Estate & Construction + Omaha

Our client is looking for a sharp, driven Financial Analyst to support real estate development projects from concept to completion. This is an opportunity to go beyond typical number crunching — you'll be right in the action, helping evaluate deals, influence key decisions, and see your work take shape in the real world.

In this role, you’ll own complex financial models, contribute to project evaluations, and collaborate across departments to ensure financial assumptions align with the reality on the ground. Whether you're diving deep into construction costs, analyzing long-term ROI scenarios, or preparing investor materials, your work will have a direct impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead financial modeling and analysis for new developments, acquisitions, and ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with construction, property management, and investment teams to validate assumptions and guide decisions
  • Prepare bank packages, investor reports, and assist with incentive applications (like TIF)
  • Conduct market research on rent comps, operating costs, and new supply
  • Analyze construction alternatives and vendor decisions from a financial perspective
  • Help shape strategic financial decisions with real-time input and insight

What You'll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • Industry experience in real estate, construction, or banking preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and a natural love for digging into the details
  • Curiosity, hustle, and the confidence to ask tough questions and propose better ways
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset and zero ego

Why You’ll Love It There:

  • Small, tight-knit team where your work is visible and valued
  • No red tape — just smart, genuine people working together toward shared goals
  • Casual dress code, flexible culture, and high standards for doing great work

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact role and want to be part of a company shaping the skyline and the community — we’d love to meet you.
