Regional Property Manager + Multifamily Portfolio + Omaha

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple residential communities, ensuring consistent performance and quality.
• Lead, mentor, and support both on-site and corporate staff (2 direct reports, 20+ indirect).
• Partner with ownership to monitor financial performance, review reporting, and implement strategies for long-term growth.
• Drive leasing, marketing, and occupancy efforts, including successful lease-up and stabilization of new construction projects.
• Manage risk, insurance, and compliance to keep the portfolio protected and operating smoothly.
• Provide strategic input on development projects, confirming leasing assumptions and ensuring seamless hand-off into operations.

What Our Client is Looking For

• 3–5+ years of Regional Property Manager experience in the multifamily industry.
• Proven success managing large portfolios (1,500+ units/tenants).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with property management systems (AppFolio a plus, but Yardi/RealPage/MRI also valuable).
• Self-starter with the ability to take full ownership of operations while collaborating closely with ownership.
• Solid financial acumen and ability to oversee budgets, reporting, and asset performance.
