Senior Accountant + Growing Company + Omaha

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of day-to-day accounting operations from start to finish
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare and support financial reporting for leadership
• Partner closely with ownership on financial insights and decision-making
• Help establish and improve processes as the company continues to scale

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA a plus, not required)
• Experience in a hands-on accounting role with full-cycle responsibilities
• Comfortable being the go-to (and potentially only) accounting professional
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Ability to build trust and relationships across a small, collaborative team
• Experience with QuickBooks highly preferred
