MAKE AN IMPACT
Our outsourced Data Analytics practice leverages Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Business Analysts that thrive will be curious and able to navigate business conversations and technical solutioning.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Serve as the primary client contact for a defined portfolio of Lutz Data Analytics clients
- Own day-to-day client communication related to data and reporting needs
- Build deep knowledge of each client’s business, operations, goals, and data landscape
- Partner with clients to understand, clarify, and document data and reporting requirements
- Translate business questions into requirements documentation and mockups, for clear reporting, dashboards, and analytical deliverables
- Act as a bridge between the clients and the internal data team to ensure solutions align with expectations
- Maintain clear documentation around requirements, workflows, and reporting logic
- Support ongoing client relationships by providing responsive, high-quality service and insight
- Balance a portfolio of 12 – 20 client engagements while meeting deadlines and service expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar client-facing role
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence tools (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)
- Experience working with B2B clients in a professional services environment
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into data-driven solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical or complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
