Senior Audit Manager + Established Team + Omaha

What You’ll Do 

In this team leadership role, you’ll guide the planning and execution of a comprehensive audit strategy designed to strengthen processes, improve internal controls, and reinforce organizational accountability. You’ll manage and mentor a skilled team while collaborating with leaders across operations, finance, and compliance to ensure sound governance and reliable reporting. 

Your focus will include: 

• Leading end-to-end audit projects — from scoping and risk assessment through reporting and remediation. 
• Advancing process improvement initiatives that align with regulatory and accounting standards. 
• Leveraging analytics and technology tools to enhance audit quality and efficiency. 
• Coaching and developing audit professionals to build technical depth and leadership capability. 
• Communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact. 
• Partnering with teams around the world to identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvement. 

What You Bring 

• CIA designation (required) 
• Strong internal audit background with experience in SOX compliance and GAAP 
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring audit professionals 
• Demonstrated career stability and commitment to excellence 
• Background in a publicly traded environment or experience auditing one within public accounting 

Preferred: 

• CPA credential 
• Experience with data analytics or audit technology platforms 
• Prior work with a public accounting firm
