What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage accounting operations while also supporting key firm and compliance tasks. You’ll be trusted with:

• Running full-cycle accounting: invoicing, AP/AR, payroll, quarterly/state taxes
• Preparing financial statements (both company and personal) and supporting line of credit reporting
• Handling personal accounting tasks for ownership when needed
• Partnering with the team on project budgets, timecards, and job numbers
• Coordinating with the firm’s bank and external partners
• Overseeing professional registrations, insurance renewals, and continuing education records
