Accounting Specialist + Part-Time + Omaha

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enter invoices, receipts, and deposits into QuickBooks Desktop
- Process payments (ACH and checks)
- Submit purchase orders to manufacturers
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks alongside the Bookkeeper
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding items and accounts receivable
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and making follow-up calls
- Reliable and able to manage priorities in a small office setting

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
