Marketing Project Coordinator + Temp + Omaha

If you love the energy of live entertainment, thrive in a fast-moving creative environment, and get oddly excited about a beautifully organized project board in Monday.com… this role was made for you. Join our client’s vibrant marketing team that supports major performances and artistic programming across multiple iconic Omaha venues. This is your chance to step into a busy, collaborative department where every day brings new projects, new deadlines, and new creative challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll help keep marketing operations running smoothly during a maternity leave—coordinating projects from kickoff through approval, supporting the design and production workflow, and partnering with external vendors and internal teams. You’ll be deeply involved in marketing efforts for Broadway and headline performances, ensuring materials are routed, approved, and delivered on time.

Key duties include:

  • Owning timelines, tasks, and workflow inside Monday.com
  • Coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to keep marketing assets moving
  • Gathering creative materials and managing approval processes
  • Assisting with email and newsletter coordination (scheduling, segmentation, pulling lists)
  • Tracking campaign performance and compiling reporting
  • Handling day-to-day administrative support such as invoicing, filing, and project documentation
  • Joining team meetings and offering support during select performances or events

This team is known for being creative, fun, and fast-paced—with strong brand standards and a highly collaborative vibe.

What Makes This Role Challenging (in a good way!)

You’ll navigate a LOT of moving parts—multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and constantly shifting project needs. Someone who thrives in structured chaos and enjoys connecting dots across teams will shine here.

What You Need to Bring

Must-Haves

  • Experience using Monday.com
  • 1–3 years of marketing, advertising, or project coordination experience (no new grads)
  • Ability to juggle deadlines, details, and cross-functional communication
  • Comfort working onsite full time in a busy, artistic environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with email or newsletter systems
  • Familiarity with Tessitura or similar CRM platforms used in arts/entertainment

Why You’ll Love It

This is a chance to plug into the rhythm of a major arts organization, contribute to high-visibility campaigns, and be part of a team that truly enjoys what they do. If you’re organized, creative, and ready to step in quickly, you’ll make a big impact during this short but exciting assignment.
