What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Handle reconciliations for credit cards, bank statements, and key accounts
• Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and monthly reporting packages
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects
• Step up as interim Controller when needed, managing financial oversight with confidence

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting experience with a solid technical foundation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Deltek VantagePoint (or similar industry software) is a plus
• Exposure to project-based industries (AEC preferred) a bonus
• Someone with strong people skills—confident, professional, and able to hold their own in a dynamic workplace
