This is not a “build it from scratch” role. You’ll step into meaningful client relationships from day one, while continuing to expand your book through referrals and thoughtful business development. It’s a blend of stewardship and growth—designed for an Advisor who knows how to do both well.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of ultra-high net worth clients
  • Lead client meetings and deliver tailored financial strategies across investments, retirement, estate, and tax planning
  • Build deep, trusted relationships through a true “white glove” service approach
  • Collaborate closely with internal specialists and planning teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and generate new business through referrals and outreach
  • Continuously refine and monitor financial plans to ensure alignment with client goals
  • Stay ahead of market trends and bring proactive insights to your clients

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor within a wealth management environment
  • Proven success working with high net worth or ultra high net worth clients
  • CFP® designation required
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a book of business
  • Strong client presence—professional, confident, and relationship-driven (without ego)
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • High level of integrity and commitment to fiduciary responsibility
