MAKE AN IMPACT 

As a Service Desk Intern, you will: 

  • Work with cutting edge technology 
  • Enhance your troubleshooting and critical thinking skills 
  • Receive mentoring from experienced systems engineers 
  • Will be responsible for building, repairing and installing PC and Mac workstations for Lutz clients 
  • Provide onsite assistance to the Lutz Helpdesk 


QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA 
  • 30 hours per week minimum requirement 
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, applicable certifications, or transitioning into technology 
  • Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server), Microsoft Office applications, and Internet browsers 
  • Must be comfortable solving problems 
  • Must have the ability to build partnerships with various teams 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
