Senior Project Manager + Drywall Construction + Omaha

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all phases of commercial drywall and framing projects, including budgets, contracts, procurement, scheduling, reporting, and quality control.
• Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timelines and company standards are met.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, assistant project managers, and field supervisors.
• Partner closely with field operations to ensure safety, productivity, and project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, and trade partners.
• Interpret plans, specs, and contracts to keep projects aligned with scope and quality expectations.
• Anticipate and resolve project challenges to keep jobs on track and within budget.

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years of experience managing commercial drywall or interior systems projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Advanced estimating and takeoff skills with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Leadership ability with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
