Description

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Line Cook to join a professional kitchen team focused on delivering upscale and memorable dining experiences. This is a great opportunity for culinary professionals who take pride in precision, presentation, and collaboration in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining, strong knife skills, and familiarity with upscale or French cuisine. If you're a team-oriented cook with high standards and a desire to grow, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and plating expectations
• Assist with daily prep and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready for service
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to deliver meals in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout your workstation and the kitchen
• Follow all food safety, handling, and health code regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen operations including cooking, plating, and clean-up
• Assist with inventory checks and communicate supply needs when required
• Help train and mentor new kitchen team members as needed
• Support menu development and special dishes with creativity and consistency

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens is strongly preferred
• Solid knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
• Familiarity with French cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and performance
