Description

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Parts Delivery Driver to join a well-established heavy truck parts distributor in Portland, OR. This is a full-time hourly role that offers consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and great benefits. You’ll be responsible for delivering essential truck parts to local customers, dealerships, and warehouses; playing a vital role in keeping commercial vehicles on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport heavy-duty truck parts to customers, shops, and warehouses
• Load and unload parts while ensuring they’re secure and protected during transit
• Plan and execute the most efficient delivery routes across the Portland metro and surrounding areas
• Perform basic inspections and upkeep on the delivery vehicle
• Provide professional, courteous service to both internal team members and external customers
• Obtain signatures and delivery confirmations to complete orders accurately
• Communicate with dispatch or warehouse staff regarding delays, route changes, or issues
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries and report any discrepancies or damages
• Assist with warehouse duties or other delivery-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of commercial delivery driving experience (box truck or van preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
• Strong familiarity with Portland roadways and basic traffic patterns
• Experience with or certification in forklift operation is a plus
• Knowledge of truck parts and their applications is helpful, but not required
• Hazmat endorsement a bonus (not required)
• Clean driving record and ability to provide proof
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
