We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in designing and optimizing solutions for compressors, pumps, blowers, vacuum systems, and energy audits. This role involves guiding project management, engineering workflow processes, and fostering a high-performing team through effective leadership and lean methodology.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the engineering team, managing Alpha-Beta-Market processes for all projects.
- Determine staffing, training, and equipment needs to ensure team success.
- Hire, develop, mentor, and coach engineers to achieve career growth and project goals.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate workflow between internal teams, external partners, and customers to meet project objectives.
- Establish and maintain engineering design standards, ensuring compliance and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s in Engineering, MBA, or PMP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of team leadership.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team and collaborate with customers.
- Exceptional decision-making ability, with a focus on timely and impactful outcomes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and the ability to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and systems.
- Familiarity with energy audit principles and systems a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use in an office environment.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds.
