Job Summary:

BigFoot Staffing is hiring a Programmatic DOOH Ad Sales Leader for a fast-growing media company specializing in digital advertising across stadiums, arenas, and college campuses. This is a great opportunity for an experienced ad sales professional with a strong background in programmatic media buying and selling.

You’ll lead direct and programmatic sales efforts with top brands and agencies, helping them connect with high-impact Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising campaigns to agencies and brands
• Focus on programmatic DOOH sales via platforms like Vistar and Place Exchange
• Secure PMP and programmatic guaranteed deals aligned with advertiser KPIs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media buyers and planners
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategy, reporting, and campaign execution
• Provide post-campaign reporting and support renewals and upsells
• Attend industry events and stay up to date on DOOH and programmatic trends

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in DOOH or digital media sales
• Strong experience in programmatic advertising sales (required)
• Proven ability to close brand-direct and agency deals
• Understanding of media buying cycles, KPIs, and programmatic platforms
• Strong network of agency and brand contacts
• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and goal-oriented
