Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Collision Repair Technician to join our team in. If you're experienced with major collision repairs, fiberglass work, and MIG welding, this is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You’ll work on a variety of fleet vehicles—including heavy-duty trucks, service vans, box trucks, trailers, and semi-trucks—handling everything from body repairs to panel replacement, upfitting, electrical troubleshooting, and roll-up door maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform major and minor collision repairs on a wide range of fleet vehicles.
• Repair fiberglass and metal panels (steel, aluminum) and perform structural work.
• MIG weld steel and aluminum components as needed.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
• Conduct bodywork including filling, sanding, priming, and preparing for paint (painting experience is a plus).
• Mentor and support junior technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Capable of working on both light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles (including semis and trailers).
• Strong welding experience (primarily MIG)
• Electrical diagnostic and repair skills.
• Must provide your own tools.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• CDL license (preferred but not required).
• Certifications in automotive, diesel, or collision repair.
• Experience with roll-up door and cargo box repairs.
• Painting experience.
• Familiarity with 5S or similar workplace organization systems.
