Base Salary: $30,000 – $36,000 per year

Commission: Uncapped earning potential

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Based in Missoula, MT (territory covers all of Montana)



Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join a family-owned dealership in new and used commercial vehicles, specializing in International Trucks, IC Buses, and BraunAbility mobility solutions. This is a full-time, territory-based position that covers the entire state of Montana, selling trucks, vans, buses, and specialty mobility equipment.


Ideal candidates will bring proven success in a sales environment, a passion for building customer relationships, and a desire to represent some of the most respected brands in the commercial vehicle industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used commercial trucks, buses, vans, and mobility vehicles to customers across Montana
  • Manage and grow a broad territory through client outreach, cold calling, referrals, and relationship-building
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle and equipment solutions
  • Provide quotes, specs, financing support, and manage the full sales process from inquiry to delivery
  • Build relationships with commercial accounts, municipalities, schools, and transportation providers
  • Stay up to date on product lines, promotions, inventory, and evolving customer use cases
  • Maintain activity records, contacts, and opportunities in CRM
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure post-sale support and client satisfaction
  • Participate in training, trade shows, and regional travel as needed
  • Ensure professionalism in communication, documentation, and customer service


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven success in a professional sales role – B2B or territory-based sales strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a large geographic territory independently
  • Must have a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle (vehicle stipend provided)
  • Willing to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days (company-paid training)
  • Knowledge of trucks, buses, commercial fleets, or mobility solutions is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and Microsoft Office tools
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to represent premium brands professionally
