BigFoot Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a growing manufacturer and supplier of workplace safety and visual communication products. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, and making sure customer and lead activity is handled with consistency and care.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a high-volume inside sales team, holding people accountable, improving follow-through, and keeping the front end of the sales process running smoothly.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Managers responsible for inbound leads, customer interactions, and early-stage sales activity.
This is not a traditional closing-focused sales manager role. Success in this position comes from building a disciplined, responsive, and accountable team that handles leads accurately, follows up consistently, and moves opportunities through the pipeline without gaps.

This is an onsite role based in Beaverton, OR. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
This position is highly hands-on and includes a mix of people leadership, coaching, operational oversight, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience.
