BigFoot Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a growing manufacturer and supplier of workplace safety and visual communication products. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, and making sure customer and lead activity is handled with consistency and care.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a high-volume inside sales team, holding people accountable, improving follow-through, and keeping the front end of the sales process running smoothly.


About the Role:


Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Managers responsible for inbound leads, customer interactions, and early-stage sales activity.

This is not a traditional closing-focused sales manager role. Success in this position comes from building a disciplined, responsive, and accountable team that handles leads accurately, follows up consistently, and moves opportunities through the pipeline without gaps.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching conversations, and performance check-ins.
  • Monitor inbound lead flow and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track activity levels, response times, conversion rates, and pipeline movement.
  • Reinforce expectations around ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Support the team in lead qualification, customer communication, and account development.
  • Maintain high standards for CRM accuracy, data integrity, and process adherence.
  • Step in to support escalations, complex customer issues, or workload imbalances.
  • Identify workflow gaps and help improve sales processes, routing, and team efficiency.
  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams to improve the customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, customer operations, or a similar environment.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification, CRM systems, and pipeline flow.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and improve team performance.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, or customer support teams.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a product-based, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Experience building or improving workflows, SOPs, or team processes.
  • Background that includes both customer support and sales environments.


Work Environment:


This is an onsite role based in Beaverton, OR. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.


This position is highly hands-on and includes a mix of people leadership, coaching, operational oversight, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.


Compensation & Benefits:


Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience.
