Key Responsibilities

• Team Lead position: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
• Perform quality checks to ensure order and product accuracy
• Label, sort, and stage products for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse space
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Support kitting, bundling, and special projects as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• 3+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and scanning system proficiency
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
