Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and associates across multiple shifts
• Oversee inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory control functions
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping performance
• Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, labor efficiency, inventory variance, and throughput
• Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure operational consistency
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and labor optimization
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, transportation, and client teams
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve service
