Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and compliance
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff while fostering a high-performance culture
- Drive revenue growth through client relationship management and business development
- Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; implement improvements where needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with corporate leadership and cross-functional teams
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
- 5–10+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or related field
- Proven experience managing financial performance and team leadership
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
