Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff while fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive revenue growth through client relationship management and business development
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; implement improvements where needed
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and cross-functional teams
• Resolve customer escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
• 5–10+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or related field
• Proven experience managing financial performance and team leadership
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
