Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with transportation and operations teams
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and labor utilization to improve efficiency
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with WMS systems and inventory control processes
• Knowledge of domestic and international freight handling is a plus
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Forklift certification or experience managing material handling equipment
• Experience managing bonded or secured cargo environments
• Background in process improvement or lean warehouse practices
