About the Role:

• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and internal trade policies
• Prepare and review import/export documentation and classifications (HTS, ECCN, COO, etc.)
• Support denied party screening and licensing processes
• Help develop and deliver compliance training
• Work with Customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies
• Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and documentation systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Customs compliance or related trade role
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and U.S. Customs regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or ERP systems a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
