Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and building a robust pipeline of potential clients in the Chicago market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and positioning appropriate products or services to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, clearly articulating value propositions to decision-makers at all levels.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined follow-up, negotiation, and closing of new accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software, providing accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively differentiate the company's solutions in the field.
