Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand services across air, ocean, and ground transportation solutions
  • Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and customer service teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, KPIs, and future opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and customer supply chain needs to proactively recommend solutions
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements
  • 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain account management
  • Proven track record managing and growing large strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of international logistics including air and ocean freight
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
