Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities including shipment tracking, scheduling, and documentation
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively address delays or exceptions
- Prepare, review, and maintain operational records within internal systems
- Support warehouse, transportation, or distribution operations as needed
- Provide shipment updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Assist with billing verification, rate confirmations, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
