Responsibilities:
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for financial results.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for US operations.
• Own and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to accruals, prepaids, and clearing accounts.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations for multiple US bank accounts.
• Research and clear reconciling items promptly.
• Support daily cash position reporting and cash flow analysis.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (minimum).
• 1–4 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Working experience with CargoWise (finance modules preferred).
• Solid understanding of balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations.
• Basic working knowledge of US GAAP.
