• Ability to manage a team of 5
• Manage and optimize drayage dispatch operations
• Develop and maintain driver schedules
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members
• Resolve operational issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dispatch or logistics management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in dispatch software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
