Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage ocean freight quotations (FCL, LCL, reefer, and OOG) for domestic and international accounts
• Ensure pricing aligns with established guidelines, margins, and market conditions
• Collaborate with carriers and internal procurement teams on complex or high-volume opportunities
• Support sales, branch, and operations teams with pricing inquiries and strategy
• Track quote activity, hit ratios, and pricing performance
• Analyze pricing-related losses and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of ocean pricing experience within freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong understanding of ocean freight products and trade lanes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with pricing or logistics systems preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred
