Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• ∙      A-Z processes for either air import
• ∙      Ability to handle high file counts will low error rate
• ∙      Ability to correspond with overseas agents, clients, and local trucking vendors
• ∙      Quoting knowledge for local freight moves.
• ∙      Knowledge of INCOterms and how it pertains to billing out freight
• ∙      Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ∙      Cargowise system knowledge is preferred but not required.
• This position is a direct hire, permanent position with benefits.

Salary range: $60-65k with benefits (This is a direct hire role)
