Sales Manager
Full-Time · Freight Forwarding & Logistics
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow new business in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and international logistics services across assigned markets
- Build and nurture relationships with importers, exporters, and key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor for their end-to-end supply chain solutions
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets, providing ongoing performance feedback and development support
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and overseas partner offices to deliver competitive, tailored solutions that meet client shipping requirements via air, ocean, and ground
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting global trade to proactively position the company's service offerings
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and RFQ responses to contract negotiation and client onboarding — ensuring a seamless transition to operations
- Track and report on pipeline activity, sales metrics, and forecasting using CRM tools to provide leadership with visibility into growth performance
