Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers within the domestic transportation space
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the outside sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead notes within the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with outside sales to ensure smooth handoffs and strong conversion rates
  • Consistently meet or exceed call, meeting, and revenue-influenced targets
  • Stay informed on domestic transportation market trends to effectively engage prospects
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales support (logistics experience a plus, not required)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-activity sales environments
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
  • Interested in career growth with a defined path into outside sales
  • Ability to work full-time in office in Denver
