Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air export shipments including booking, billing, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, warehouses, and government agencies
• Prepare bills of lading, export filings, and shipment quotations
• Monitor hazardous materials shipments in accordance with applicable regulations
• Proactively resolve client issues and identify process improvements
• 3+ years of freight forwarding or related logistics experience
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication, math, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• CargoWise experience preferred
