Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow freight volume across LATAM trade lanes
• Identify new routing opportunities and optimize existing lanes for profitability and efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with regional carriers, agents, and partners
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, and operations teams to align on market opportunities
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and rate trends to internal stakeholders
• Support RFQs, pricing strategy, and network expansion initiatives
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to routing and service offerings
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements
• 5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or trade lane development
• Strong knowledge of LATAM markets, regulations, and transportation networks
• Existing carrier/partner relationships within the region highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth or lane expansion
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
